Who we are
This website is to market and provide access to original music content and services. This includes listing artists for streaming, advertising, and provide digital goods including album purchases, digital music samples, beats, arrangements, and other related content. We also offer mixing and mastering services on request.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
We use Fluent Forms to create and manage submission forms. Data captured by these forms is provided by you when you submit these forms.
Information collected by these forms is not used for marketing purposes. The sole purpose of the contact forms is to contact the site administrator with comments, suggestions, or questions about the site. This data is retained for correspondence purposes and will be deleted upon request.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

EWWW Image Optimizer
EWWW Image Optimizer is used to compress and resize images to speed up load times and decrease data transfer and usage. By default, the EWWW Image Optimizer does not store any personal data nor share it with anyone.
User-submitted images may be transmitted to third-party servers in foreign countries. In many instances we keep the original photo as a backup. If Backup Originals is enabled, images are stored for 30 days. Otherwise, no images are stored on the API for longer than 30 minutes.
User-submitted images may be transmitted to image compression servers in the United States and stored there for up to 30 days. User-submitted images that are displayed on this site may be transmitted and stored on a global network of third-party servers (a CDN).
WooCommerce
The following is specific to use of the Music Store on this site. We use the plug-in WooCommerce to provide digital goods and services. This plug-in helps with product listings, managing user accounts, download links, and payment processing. The following pertains to use, purchase and/or registration of our Music Store:
